- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been with Woodforest Bank for 3 years. Their second chance checking was exactly what I needed. Recently I was contacted by their fraud department asking me if I made a particular transaction with my debit card. I said I didn't, so they immediately cancelled that card and initiated a dispute. The next day I signed the forms and was issued a new card that day. They were really on top of things in catching the fraudulent purchase and my account was credited the money back.
